Das grüne Inland von Brasilien

7. Januar 2015 Pehuajó in Argentinien

Countryside of Brazil

7th of January 2015 Pehuajó in Argentina

Good start in the next stage. This family stoped me at the road and invited me for luch.

Gutes essen,

nette Menschen,

und nette Gespräche.

Good food,

friendly guys

and nice conversation.

Florianopolis

This day ended crazy aswell.

Bsssss...was the sound I heared and my bike didnt moved. The breakdrum was broken.

The big nut from the break came losen and the mainshaft was "routering" the teeth from the breakdrum.

What to say. I had a problem, but here in Florianopolis was a vespaclub aswell and this guys helped me to fix the problem.

The club of Florianopolis has two active members. Unfortenatly I don´t have a clearer picture of this two guys.

Florianopolis

Viele Lagunen, Natur und alles was dazugehört.

Traumhaft!

Florianopolis is a million-habitantes-city and a big part is on an island in the atlantic-ocean.

Lots lagoons, nature and all you need.

A dream!

Also Feuer machen und grillen.

-Rolf danke für den Tip-

The enginge wasn´t running propperly, the exaust seems to be "full". I lighted a fire and bbq the exaust.

-Rolf thanks for this tip-

The last 6000km (arround 4000miles) I was using lots more two-stroke-oil than usual, because I canged a couple of times pistonrings and the gas in brazil is horrible. Up to 40% of alcohol. The piston is often sounding. You cant do anything. Take breaks and take it easy

A kind of a mess, but the mecanic knows were to find the speareparts

Finally. breakdrum new, exaust burnt out and I mooved forward

Zurück auf der Strasse / Back on the road

I dont have always problems, it just looks like that...

What shell I do when there are nails on the road...

...ja ja not riding in this nails...

Das Inland bringt auch Berge mit sich. Kühleres Klima heisst auch Nadelbäume.

On the countryside are mountains aswell, that means colder climate. And conifers.

Abgefahrene Gebilde

Crazy trees

Und in Kombination mit den Hortensien...spektakulär

And in combination with hortensia...awesom

Da wird so manchen Hobbygärtner blass...

Some gardener would like to have a guy like that at home..

A bit more trucks than before, but still good riding.

Flowers made for my Hippie-vespa.

This guys are working to found the "Vespaclub do Brasil" they have still to do some paperwork, but the sticker is ready and looks quite nice on my bike.

Ein paar Vespistas lernte ich kennen...

I met a couple of members...

Es wurde gegrillt!!!

BBQ-time!!!

SIGA LA PELOTA ;-)

200ccm hier, sonst überall in Lateinamerika 150ccm.

PX of brazil with this unusual headlight.

200ccm in brazil, the rest of latinamerika is riding 150ccm.

Funny, they speak a german, but a funny dialect...

Die Kids hatten auch Ihren spass..

The kids had lots fun aswell...

Vorne:

Next to me, this is Rolf. His parents moved out of germany, he got born here in Brazil and moved back to germany in some point, where he is living with his wife and his two kids. Nice guy and quit cool for me because he could explain me lots about culture in Brazil and stuff like that.

T1  or Bulli we call this baby in germany. Here the call it Combi. They are not the only vespariders who are owner of a combi aswell.

Bye bye, cheers and thanks

to the guys.

Finally I gave an interview at the radiostation in "Novo Hamburgo". the brazilins really like my postvespa ;-)

It was a kind of funny because he was asking in portogues and I almost could not understand what he asked. And I anshwered in spanish.

An intervie in an newspaper I gave the days before aswell. This wasn´t a problem because I could ask if i understood right...

Finally thanks to Fabio and the guys from the club in "Dois Irmaos" for this great

and relaxed time.

See you at the

world-vespa-days in germany!

A quite sectaculare marsh-landcape showed me another kind of landscape of brazil.

Warnschilder und stinkende plattgefahrende Viehcher deuteten Wasserbewohner an.

Sings like that and smelly roadkilled "something" warned for some animals.

Huge rats, like small hippos grazed on this floating fields.

Muskrats I think they call them.

Die LKW sind ja noch okay

This trucks are okay

This huge guys, I dont like because they need a way longer to pass me

Finally I reached the border and coutry no. 19 my last country for this expedition.
