Nix!Noch nicht mal die Kakteen haben Bock hier zu leben

Es war heiss, trocken und der Sand wirbelte nur wie wild umher und setyte meinen Luftfilter zu!
It wasbloody hot,dray and small sandstormes were filling my airfilter
Die Carretera fuehrte durch die schroffen Wuestenberge
The Carretera was going in "desertmountains"
Wieder mal, mit Wasser kommt das Leben
And again, water is bringing life in the desert
Die Nasca Linien / Nasca-lines
Man weiss nicht so viel darueber, weit weit vor Christus sind von einer Vorinka-kultur die Bilder in den Sand "geschabt" worden, riesengross. Diese Geoglyphen zeigen tieriche Bilder, Einen Condor, ein Kolibri, einen Affen und so weiter.
Man vermutet, dass die Vorinkas es schafften ueber die Anden zu klettern und sie interpretierten im gesehenen Regenwald das Paradies. Um den Goettern zu zeigen, dass sie wissen was ab geht haben sie die Bilder gezeichnet.
Andere Theoprien sagen, dass die Bilder Ausserirdische gemacht haben. Unter anderem gibt es zwei Linien paralell von fast 5km laenge, das soll die Landebahn sein...
Nobody really knows what and why this lines exist, a pre-inka-culture was scratching huge geoglyphes in the sand. Long,long time before cristus was born. This geoglyphes are anymals, a condor,a himingbird,a monkey etc. The think that this culture war climbing over the andes and they saw the djungle and thought this is the paradise, and to show this the gods they scatched this pictures.
Oher guys think they are created from aliens, and this two long lines,which are 2 miles long ist the landing strip...

Der Mirador,der Aussichtspunkt von dem kann man zwei Geoglyphen ein bisschen sehen.

Aber am besten muss man drueber fliegen, was ich NICHT tat, weil ich es 2007 schon mal gemacht habe

Nun verliess ich die Pananericana und die Wuestenregion, was nach der Sahara das zweit trockenste Gebiet auf dem Planeten ist!

Es ging hoch, blieb aber heiss

Erster Gipfelpunkt 4560m, der bisher hoechste Punkt meiner Reise
(nicht zu steil,deswegen mit Vergaserduese 100)

(not to steep,so I was using the jet 100)

Nachdem es runter ging,ging es wiederhoch, abgefahrenes Plateau
I was cruising down a bit and than it was going uphill again, and I reached a crazy level.
Nur noch einfache Vegetation,mittlerweise wares uebrigens kalt und windig da oben
Just easy vegetation,and it was quite cold and windy up there
Und zum Glueck spielte das Wetter mit, da oben kann es ganz schoen boese werden..
Luckily the weatherwas goodbecause it can be nasty up there..

Es ging nach dem zweiten Gipfel von 4200m wieder runter und wurde wieder warm und fruchtbar..
When I reached the second peak 13.800ft it was getting warm, sunny and fertile again

Ein kleines Staedtchen,ein gutes Ziel um zu uebernachten

Das gute alte Wellblechdach...ganz schoen kalt in den Naechten

Weiter oben traf ich einen Kollegen aus Chile, netter Freak
A bit up I met a guy from Chile nice dude!
Und ich erreichte das naechste Hochplateu
And I reached the next high-level
Und wieder Lamas, diesmal aber in einer Herde
And Lamas again, but a herd
Multikulti! Alles sind Freunde egal welche Fellfarbe sie haben :-)
Multi-culture! They all are friends it doesnt matter what color of fear they have :-)
Und die Lamas sind ganz schoen gross!
And they are quite tall!

Entlang eines Flusses folgte ich einem Tal...

So langsam wurde ich muede, nach 8 Stunden Serpentinen wedeln...

Da kam dieser Platz wie ein Geschenk! Zurueck im Zelt, ein Traum!
This campspot was a present! Back in my tent! A dream!
Und kein Anderer war da!
Nobody else was disturbing me
Im Hintergrund die Huette der Gastgeber..

Nach unten kommt oben, also wieder hoch, im Hintergrund das Tal wo ich herkam
When you reach the bottom you have to go uphill again, in the background you see the canyon I came from
An Waenden sind manchmal schlaue Hinweise zu finden!
On walls you find sometimes quite clever advices!

Dafuer dass ich vor paar Tagen den Motor noch in Teilen in der Hand hatte, war zum Glueck von Problemen keine Spur!
